Working with Aervante
Aervante is a small team, and we add staff as member volume requires it. We are not hiring for salaried positions at this time.
We review every application we receive and keep it on file. When a position opens, we contact the people already on that list before posting elsewhere.
Send your résumé and a short summary of your experience. If you have worked in concierge, hospitality or private client services, please note the cities you have covered and the types of request you have handled.
We work with independent partners who introduce prospective members.
Commission is 15% of a member's first-year membership, on Access and Reserve. Access is $1,000 per year and Reserve is $3,600, so commission is $150 and $540 respectively. Private Client is by invitation and is not included.
Commission is paid once the member's first payment has cleared. Trials that do not convert to a paid membership are not commissionable.
This is an independent contractor arrangement. There is no salary, retainer or employment relationship, and partners are responsible for their own taxes.
Introductions must be registered with us in writing before the member joins. Please contact us to agree terms before making an introduction.
