Aervante
This Privacy Policy explains how Aervante LLC collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you use the Aervante app and concierge services (“the Service”). By creating an Aervante membership, you agree to the practices described here.
We built Aervante on a simple principle: we collect only what we need to provide the Service, and we protect it accordingly.
Aervante does not store your credit card or full payment details. Membership payments are processed through a third-party payment processor (Stripe). Large individual bookings (e.g., jet or yacht charters) are billed directly between you and the relevant vendor.
If you complete the waitlist or enquiry form on our website without becoming a Member, we collect the information you choose to submit — your name, email address, city, the membership tier you are interested in, and anything you write in the free-text field. The form is delivered to us through a third-party form provider acting on our behalf. We use this information only to respond to you and to contact you about membership availability. We do not sell it. You may ask us to delete it at any time by writing to info@aervante.com, and we will do so unless we are required to retain it by law.
Records of your communications with Aervante concierge staff, for quality and service purposes.
We do not collect more personal information than is necessary to provide and improve the Service.
We use your information to:
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Aervante’s concierge is staffed by people. To answer you quickly, your messages are first processed by Claude, an AI service operated by Anthropic, PBC, which drafts a reply for the desk. Human team members review and fulfil every request; the AI has no unsupervised ability to complete a booking on your behalf.
Exactly what we send to Anthropic:
What we never send to Anthropic: your phone number, your street address, your email address, your payment details or card data, your member number, or any other member’s information.
The same service also assists our own staff — summarising a thread for the concierge handling it, flagging an urgent message, and drafting the desk’s internal morning brief. Those uses draw on the same categories listed above; the morning brief deliberately excludes phone numbers and the contact details of anyone introduced to us by a member.
Anthropic acts as our processor and provides protection equal to that described in this policy. Under our commercial terms with Anthropic, your data is processed solely to provide the Service to us, is not used to train their models, and is subject to confidentiality and security obligations no less protective than those we undertake here.
We ask for your permission before any of this happens. The disclosure above is shown in the app when you create your account, and your agreement is recorded against your profile. If we materially change what is sent or who it is sent to, we will ask again rather than rely on that earlier agreement.
We share information only as necessary to operate the Service:
We do not share your information with vendors or third parties for their own independent marketing purposes without your consent.
We take the security of your information seriously, particularly given the sensitive nature of luxury travel and concierge data. Our practices include:
No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. While we work to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain your personal information for as long as your membership is active, and for a reasonable period afterward as necessary to comply with legal obligations (including state travel-services recordkeeping requirements, where applicable), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your information as described in Section 8.
Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights including:
California residents: You have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as described above.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@aervante.com.
The Service is not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, individuals under the age of 18. Membership requires that you be at least 18 years of age.
Aervante’s availability and specific service offerings may vary by state of residence in order to comply with applicable state laws governing the arrangement of travel services. We collect your state of residence at signup for this purpose.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify members of material changes through the app or via email prior to the changes taking effect.
