This Privacy Policy explains how Aervante Partnership LLC collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you use the Aervante app and concierge services ("the Service"). By creating an Aervante membership, you agree to the practices described here.

We built Aervante on a simple principle: we collect only what we need to provide the Service, and we protect it accordingly.

Aervante does not store your credit card or full payment details. Membership payments are processed through a third-party payment processor (Stripe). Large individual bookings (e.g., jet or yacht charters) are billed directly between you and the relevant vendor.

Records of your communications with Aervante concierge staff, for quality and service purposes.

Information We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect more personal information than is necessary to provide and improve the Service.

3. How We Use Your Information

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. AI Processing Disclosure

Aervante's concierge chat is supported by artificial intelligence (powered by Claude, by Anthropic) to provide instant responses and gather request details. Your messages to the concierge may be processed by this AI system as part of delivering the Service. Human team members review and fulfill requests; the AI does not have unsupervised access to complete bookings on your behalf at this stage of the Service.

5. How We Share Your Information

We share information only as necessary to operate the Service:

You may request deletion of your information as described in Section 8.
