This is the agreement you accept when you join Aervante. It says, in plain terms, what you are buying, what it costs, how renewal and refunds work, and how we work for you. It works together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which are part of it. If this page and the Terms of Service ever differ, the Terms of Service control.
1What you are joining
Aervante is a private concierge membership. Our team, supported by an AI concierge, arranges dining, travel, access and gifting for you. Two tiers are available to join online:
Access
$1,000 / year
Under $100 a month, billed annually
Reserve
$3,600 / year
$300 a month equivalent, billed annually
Access: 24/7 concierge for dining, travel and requests; gifting; priority reservations; members-only events. High-value sourcing, such as rare or luxury watches, is limited on Access.
Reserve: everything in Access, plus a dedicated concierge and faster response; private jet and yacht charter on 2 to 3 hours’ notice; curated experiences and high-value gifting and sourcing.
Private Client is not sold online. It is offered by our team, by invitation or enquiry.
2Payment, renewal and cancellation
Annual billing. Your membership fee is charged once a year, in advance, through our payment processor, Stripe. Aervante never sees or stores your card number.
Automatic renewal. Your membership renews each year at the then-current fee for your tier until you cancel.
Cancel any time, by email. To cancel, email info@aervante.com from the address on your membership. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep your membership until the end of the year you have already paid for.
14-day money-back window. For your first paid year only, you may ask for a full refund within 14 calendar days of your first payment, for any reason, by emailing info@aervante.com. After that window, fees already paid are not refundable. The window does not start again at renewal.
3How we work for you
We arrange; vendors perform. Restaurants, hotels, airlines, charter operators, drivers and venues are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own services, safety, licensing and insurance.
No guarantees. We work hard on every request, but we cannot promise a particular table, time, room, price or outcome. Something is confirmed only when the venue or vendor confirms it in writing, and we will tell you when that happens.
Vendor payments are separate. Your membership fee does not include the cost of dinners, stays, flights or charters. Deposits and payments for those are made directly with the vendor, under the vendor’s own terms. We may receive a commission from a vendor for a booking we arrange.
4Your AI concierge
Our concierge chat is answered by an AI assistant (powered by Claude, by Anthropic), with our team stepping in when a request needs a person. The AI cannot confirm a booking, quote a price or commit to anything for a vendor. You can ask for a person at any time. Section 5 of the Terms of Service explains this in full.
5Your information and the venues we contact
To arrange a request we share what a venue or vendor needs to act on it, which usually means your name, party size, date and time, and any preferences you gave us. We do this by email, phone or the venue’s own booking tools. We do not sell your information. Our Privacy Policy describes what we collect and how we use it.
6Eligibility and availability
You must be at least 18. Availability can vary by state because of laws on arranging travel services, and we may decline or delay a membership in some states. See Section 3.4 of the Terms of Service.
7Your responsibilities
Give us accurate information, use the service lawfully, and treat our team and our vendors with respect. Fraud, abuse and chargebacks made in bad faith can end your membership. Section 8 of the Terms of Service has the details.
8Changes
We may improve or update tier benefits and will give you notice. If we change this agreement in a way that matters, we will publish a new version and ask you to accept it again before it applies to you.
